Swabs Developments Ltd. recently partnered with global medical technology company Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) to deliver a purpose-built Blood Bike facility from the ground up. This project began with the precision pouring of new concrete foundations, creating a strong and durable base to support the building’s structure. Our team then erected a robust steel framework, followed by the installation of high-spec cladding, roller shutters, and secure steel access doors. Internally, the space was finished with resilient resin flooring—providing a durable, easy-to-clean surface ideally suited for the storage and movement of emergency response bikes. The final result is a secure, practical and professional-grade facility tailored to the needs of this vital volunteer service. This build reflects our commitment to supporting community-driven services through safe, high-quality commercial construction.
